Welcome to Padaro Retreat — a charming, coastal California beachfront home situated directly on the sand of Padaro Lane. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this is the ultimate paradise escape for groups and families. Relax on the oversized patio, watch dolphins swim past, and breathe in the fresh salty ocean air. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing right outside your window — no sound machine needed here! 🌊

The Space:

🛏️ Primary Bedroom
Wake up to stunning ocean views in this airy and relaxing main bedroom. A glass sliding door opens to a shared balcony with two Adirondack chairs — the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Features a queen bed with a white linen bed frame and a closet.

Tucked at the back of the house down a small flight of stairs, this oversized room has 4 twin beds and 3 pull-out twin beds — perfect for the little ones. Includes an attached bathroom, cable TV, toys, and kids books.

🛏️ All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

🛁  Bathrooms
The home has 4 full bathrooms — 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. Two upstairs hallway bathrooms serve the main bedrooms (one with a standing shower, one with a bathtub shower). The 4th bathroom is attached to the kids room with a standing shower. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

📺 Living Room
The main living room on the first floor features a large L-shaped white couch, a 3-cushion leather couch, two large coffee tables, and a 50" smart TV (Netflix and other streaming services). A great space to unwind after a day on the beach.

🍴 Dining Room
A stunning raw long wooden dining table seats 10 — perfect for family meals together, it is located next to the living room and kitchen.

🍳 Kitchen
Cook up delicious meals while staring out at the glistening ocean. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, BBQ tools, and all your everyday essentials. Two coffee makers — a drip pot and a Keurig — plus an electric kettle and a stovetop kettle. Features a Viking fridge, stove, and oven.

🧺 Garage & Laundry
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Detergent isn't guaranteed — we recommend bringing your own, but feel free to use any that's available. Four bikes are also available for guest use. Please note: garage alcohol, storage bin items, and the extra surfboards in the garage are off limits.

🌊 Beach & Outdoors
The beach is right at your doorstep. The oversized patio is the heart of this home — featuring a BBQ, 2 fire pits, a large dining table, and comfy chairs to soak up the sunshine. Down the steps you'll find a ping pong table, beach toys, boogie boards, and 2 surfboards for your use. A foot bath and full outdoor shower make rinsing off after the beach a breeze.

A second smaller patio sits at the edge of the property right on Padaro Beach — pull up an Adirondack chair, watch the sunset, and keep an eye out for dolphins. 🐬

We're happy to provide boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and towels for all your beach needs. We just ask that you bring everything back to the property after use and avoid leaving any items on the sand.

📶 WiFi & Entertainment
High-speed WiFi throughout the home — router located in the kids room. Upstairs TVs have cable, and the downstairs TV streams Netflix and other services. Kids games available in the kids room.

📷 Safety & Cameras
For guest safety, there are two outdoor cameras — one in the driveway and one on the back patio — as well as a camera doorbell. These cameras do not record sound.

🔑 Check-in & Guest Access
The entire property is yours to enjoy! Just a few areas are off limits: garage alcohol, items in storage bins (unless instructed by the manager), and the extra surfboards stored in the garage. The two surfboards provided for guest use can be found by the outdoor shower.

•⁠Pets: Well-trained dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee of $750. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. Assistance animals are always welcome at no charge.
•⁠⁠Early luggage drop or late parking: Not available, as we can't monitor belongings or interrupt the cleaning crew between stays.
•⁠Security deposit: No deposit required for short term stays! We've partnered with Safely to provide insurance coverage for accidental damages — already included in your rental rate. For stays longer than 28 days, a security deposit of $10,000 will be collected manually. Please reach out for more details.
•⁠Additional cleaning: Available for longer stays at an added cost — just ask in advance.

📋 House Rules
🚭 No smoking of any kind — indoors, outdoors, garage, or driveway.
🎉 No parties or events.
📷 No photo or video shoots without prior host approval.
👥 Max 10 overnight guests (children 2+ count toward the total).
🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Padaro Lane is a close-knit and private community — please be respectful of neighbors.
🛋️ Please don't rearrange the furniture. If you do need to move something, avoid dragging it on the floors or patio to prevent scratching. Please return any moved items to their original position before checkout.
📋 A California Association of Realtors Vacation Rental Agreement will be required to sign upon booking.

Rule violations may result in fines and/or removal from the property without refund for remaining nights.
