Cute Beach House
We had the best time at this cute little beach house! It was a perfect place to be with our two daughters - comfy space and great deck and hot tub. Plus a literal two minute walk from a beautiful beach. Looking forward to coming back someday!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I HIGHLY recommend staying in this lovely home as it truly exceeded all expectations. In addition to being beautifully renovated, the apartment was squeaky clean(including the hot tub!), and both the home and private deck were larger than expected. Additional highlights include the ocean view from the deck, and the provided beach towels and beach chairs. The location also can't be beat as it provides both the "private beach feel" of Mussel Shoals + close proximity to Montecito/Santa Barbara/Carpinteria/Ventura. We'll definitely be reaching out for an additional stay when returning to the area.
Splendid Beach Home
Splendid beach home! House was clean, stocked with plenty bath & beach towels, and beds were a dream. The short walk to the private beach was a great spot for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The hot tub was the cherry on top! We had a wonderful stay, you will, too!!! Almost forgot to mention, bring your bicycles, there’s a wonderful bike path steps away. Kenneth
Footsteps from the Beach!
Absolutely loved this home! Great location, footsteps from the beach, and short drives to cute towns nearby. Highlight is absolutely the hot tub, set in a spacious outdoor deck. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice, the place was in pristine condition. Highly recommend!
Great Spot
This is a great spot. Quiet and so close to the beach, which is awesome for strolling. Great bike path along the waterfront as well. The space is furnished very comfortably and was immaculately clean. Amenities were provided so it was easy to BBQ a meal on the back deck. The hot tub was a great addition in which to relax. Having laundry was a bonus as well Would highly recommend Sam's place if you want to be close to Santa Barbara but would like a quiet respite.
Slice of Heaven
This was the perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. It was a 2-minute walk to the beach and the natural surroundings are stunning. Lovely sunrises and sunsets. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal, take a soak in the jacuzzi, or just hang out lounging in the living room that opens up onto a private deck. I really enjoyed morning runs on the beach. We will definitely return! Thank you for letting us enjoy this little slice of heaven.

Loved this place. Five stars. Great hot tub. Responsive property manager. Beach access was a little bit of a walk with little kids and not close to many restaurants and stores. Otherwise, very happy with this rental.

Highly Recommended
This house is located at Mussel Shoals in Ventura. To the left is a rocky beach with fun tide pools to explore, and to the right is a sandy beach which is perfect for hanging out. The house is about one block from the beach and has everything you need. I would highly recommend staying here.
