Loved the Rooftop!
We had a great stay! Loved the rooftop deck, and the decor was super cute. Really handy to have the smart TV with all the apps ready to go, and enjoyed the comfy beds and pillows
Second Time Staying!
his was our second time here! We loved it better than the first! The tar remover was a lifesaver and works well on nails! LOL. Plenty of fresh towels and wide open refrigerator for all the items we brought to stay for 5 days! Our 12 year old enjoyed using the boogie boards in the garage so much, that we ventured to A Frame Surf Shop only 10 minutes away and purchased him his 1st wet suit!!! He spent hours in the Ocean! We walked the beach every morning, it is private, peaceful and only steps away! Carpentaria is only 15 minutes up the 101 highway and lots of great restaurants! The roof top was perfect for viewing the sunset and playing Cornhole! Wide open roof top! We even took some great photos of our son for Easter on the peach spiral staircase that leads to the roof top! Very cool with

The beach house is phenomenal and Stay SB's a fantastic host! I highly recommend staying here.
Great Spot
Great little spot! We took our toddler who enjoyed his daily walks to the beach/ tide pools. Be sure to check when high tide is as the beach side won’t be very accessible (at least not to little ones). The location made it easy to take day trips into Santa Barbara to visit the Museum of Natural History, the Pier and the Moxi Museum. Very friendly and cute neighborhood. Would highly recommend for people who want the convenience of being close to the beach without the fuss of parking/ commuting.
Perfect Stay
My stay here was so perfect , Great quiet location and away from the busy beaches and cities of LA . Highly recommend the cute style of the house and great ocean views !
Superb Beach House Gem
Superb beach house gem on a quaint beach! I think there were literally only 5 other people on the beach when we we’re there on a warm Saturday. Gorgeous sunset views from rooftop. Decor was also very cute. Hosts were very responsive. Only a few minutes from Carpinteria and 15 minutes from Montecito. Definitely recommend this place.
Great View Of Ocean
Beautiful house with a great view of the ocean. Good location, SB 15 minutes one direction and Ventura 15 minutes in the other direction. Great large rooftop deck. Very comfortable and definitely would stay again.
Enjoy The Ocean View
Nice and Clean Rental with a wonderful view of the ocean. Very close to the beach. Great opportunity to BBQ on the rooftop and enjoy the ocean view!
Wonderful Place to Stay
Really wonderful place to stay. Reading a book up on the roof deck while listening to the waves crash on the shore not to be missed. My children had a wonderful time playing the games available and bean bag toss on the roof. Great location! Beach is close and we went for long walks every morning. Very clean. Very convenient. Highly recommend!
Really Enjoyed The Stay
We really enjoyed the stay! The location of the property is ideal for us! We were able to walk on the beach everyday and the view from the property is amazing! Also, it is only 20 mins away from Santa Barbara. Stay SB is very responsive and the property description is accurate.
