Amazing location! Very clean and comfortable place. Views and beach are absolutely amazing.
Best Beach
Great property on the beach. The kids bedroom/playroom was perfect to keep our young kids entertained.
Unbeatable!
We had the best week at this house in April. The house has all comforts for keeping two parents and two young boys happy in every way. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean and perfectly easy to get comfortable in immediately. Everything was just so nice and so easy and the location is absolutely unbeatable.

Amazing Sunsets and Cozy
Lovely, well-appointed home on a beautiful stretch of beach near Santa Claus Lane. Comfortable for four people, with room for more! Amazing sunsets, quiet neighbors, and quick access to adorable Carpinteria. Especially cozy in the winter months, too. Hosts could not be more helpful or flexible. Will be back.

Fabulous location! Beautiful beach house! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation! Alli made checking in and everything else very easy! We definitely hope to stay here again soon!
Absolutely Wonderful
This place is absolutely wonderful. It’s a simple and graceful beach house in an absolutely stunning location. The property managers were terrific and great collaborators in planning our arrival/departure. This place has everything you need including plentiful beach towels and blankets etc. The deck is pure heaven, especially around sunset which took our breath away most nights. House layout is great for families - our 4 year old daughter loved the separate bunk room. The beach is beautiful and VERY low key, it was mostly empty during our stay (mid Oct). Be aware of a few “rustic” touches such as no ice machine in the fridge, sometimes hard to find an outlet where you want one, and a train track close by.
